Are you a talented mid-level associate with a passion for capital markets and derivatives?

We are a leading international law firm in London seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded lawyer to join our thriving Capital Markets & Derivatives practice.

In this role, you will:

1. Gain experience on a wide range of complex, high-profile capital markets and derivatives transactions for a prestigious global clientele.
2. Work alongside leading partners and talented associates on innovative and market-shaping deals.
3. Assist with drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of capital markets transactions, including structured products, securitizations, and derivatives.
4. Conduct legal research, prepare due diligence materials, and manage client communications.
5. Develop your legal and commercial skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a candidate with:

1. A minimum of 3 years with up to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a capital markets or derivatives practice.
2. A strong academic background in law.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
7. A strong work ethic and a desire to excel.
