Deloitte is seeking a Data Business Analyst for a hybrid London/Belfast role focusing on data migration and Front Office operations. ASAP start, End of 2026 with strong extension potential.

You will collaborate across Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology to deliver complex data migrations in a high-profile capital markets programme. The role requires experience in data migration, transformation, reconciliation, and a deep understanding of capital markets processes including futures

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience delivering data migration and reconciliation projects.
• Strong Capital Markets background, preferably Futures & Options.
• Experience across the full trade lifecycle: clearing, settlement, position and exception management.
• Ability to define source-to-target mappings and data quality rules.
• Experience with migration testing and business acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across data migration and transformation programmes.
• Define and validate source-to-target mappings and reconciliation rules.
• Investigate data issues and support migration testing.
• Gather and document business requirements with Front Office, Operations, Technology and Finance.
• Support platform migrations ensuring data integrity and business acceptance.
• Analyze operational processes to reduce risk and improve controls.
• Leverage AI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate mapping validation and reconciliation.
