Job summary

AMS, on behalf of a leading global financial services client, seeks a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a 6-month migration project in London. You will decommission a legacy platform (GMI) and migrate to the next-generation target architecture, working in a hybrid London environment.

You will drive data migration, process design, mapping and testing, coordinating with Clearing Operations, Technology and Finance to deliver the transformation with strong stakeholder management and SQL/data

Qualifications

Must have BA/PM experience in Capital Markets or top-tier firm.
Strong track record in data migration, transformation, and platform migration initiatives.
Experience with GMI, CDS or similar clearing platforms is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and target-state design for cleared derivatives platforms.
Perform data analysis, profiling, and source-to-target mapping to support migration activities.
Drive migration readiness through test design, UAT support, and parallel run validation.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to deliver complex transformations.
RAID tracking, test & defect management, stakeholder communications.
