Job Description

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will provide capital markets services to clients developing and executing transformational strategies, such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) in local markets and in the U.S. You will also support clients in IPO Readiness, complex accounting issues, and large-scale accounting conversion projects involving IFRS or US GAAP conversion.

The Successful Applicant

• CPA / ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
• Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience providing assurance services to clients undertaking debt and equity capital raising strategies
• Previous PCAOB audit experience is preferred
