The Opportunity:

1. Lead development of internal capital & proxy models
2. Supporting activities to enhance and optimise the regulatory capital strategy framework and assumptions
3. Particular focus on market risk
4. Collaborate across actuarial, risk, and finance teams
5. Influence capital strategy & model governance
6. Deliver MI and insights to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Actuary (FIA) or FRM (or close to qualifying)
2. Life insurance or consultancy experience
3. Strong capital modelling & proxy modelling knowledge
4. Market risk expertise; credit/ERM a bonus
5. Python skills (or R/MATLAB) preferred
6. Confident communicator & problem solver
