We have a new and challenging opportunity for an Account Manager in our Heavy Construction Equipment Division.

We are seeking a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policies. Experience in the capital equipment industry is preferred but not essential.

Based in Melbourne, the primary objective of this role is to service our customer base and seek new business opportunities, focusing on targeted accounts and fleet customers.

Major responsibilities will include:

  • Build, promote, and develop business with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new key customers, fleet business, and civil construction contractors.
  • Provide objective and structured feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain effective customer records.
  • Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develop long-term plans with objectives, strategies, and tactics for securing new accounts.

To be considered for the position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of selling experience.
  • Ability to work by priority and targets.
