Unity Advisory is expanding its capital allowances offering and seeks a Manager to run a portfolio of client engagements from single-asset claims to large multi-site projects. You will support the technical lead, be the main client contact, and drive growth in this practice area.

The role emphasizes technical judgment, client relationships, and shaping how the team operates using Unity's AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate across sectors and mentor junior colleagues while delivering

Formación

• Ability to interpret financial data and asset schedules.
• Experience in capital allowances or fixed asset tax advisory.
• Knowledge of UK capital allowances legislation.
• Experience managing multiple live engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of capital allowances engagements across sectors.
• Prepare, review and submit capital allowances claims with technical accuracy.
• Advise clients on fixed asset tax treatment and related incentives.
• Manage HMRC correspondence and enquiries on behalf of clients.
• Interpret asset schedules and financial data to identify qualifying expenditure.
• Produce clear technical reports and client-facing deliverables.
• Coach junior team members through day-to-day oversight.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
