Turner & Townsend invites graduates to join a 24‑month Graduate Development Programme in Capital Allowances in London. You’ll work from day one in a structured development plan, supported by a dedicated Graduate Development Manager, and gain exposure across real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The role offers formal training, APC pathway via RICS, and a pathway to expert consultancy within a global firm.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Research entitlement and tax history on property transactions.
• Formulate acquisition claims for Capital Allowances.
• Apply tax treatment to capital project expenditure.
• Deliver claim reports to a high standard for clients.
