Nestlé Dalston Factory in Cumbria seeks a talented CAPEX Process Specialist to support the Egron 1 upgrade and broader site capital projects. You will ensure safety compliance, develop training for operations, and provide process expertise for manufacturing improvements on a highly automated PLC-controlled line.

Reporting to the CAPEX Manager, the role offers a permanent opportunity, exposure to Lean/TPM initiatives, and strong focus on personal development and growth within a world‑class

Competenze

• Experience in Manufacturing and Production environments.
• FMCG/food manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical preferred.
• Ability to deliver projects and drive change.

Mansioni

• Support project execution for operational changes, plant expansions, and new equipment.
• Embed process safety, food safety and hygienic design in capital projects.
• Apply calculations and process knowledge to adapt Nestlé Best Practices for Dalston products.
• Support factory validation, commissioning and start-up for reliable performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
