Job summary

Nestlé Dalston Factory seek a CAPEX Process Specialist to lead project execution for capital initiatives and equipment installations. You'll apply process knowledge to adapt Nestlé Best Practices for Dalston products and manufacturing conditions, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have engineering discipline experience and a track record in manufacturing project delivery. The role offers a permanent contract and reports to the CAPEX Manager at the Dalston site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and production environments, preferably FMCG.
• Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Experience delivering projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CAPEX project execution for plant changes and new equipment.
• Ensure process safety, food safety and hygienic design compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Support commissioning, validation and start-up to ensure reliable performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, finance and vendors.
