Newrest has an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie specialising in Cantonese Catering. You will be responsible for preparing a menu showcasing a broad spectrum of Cantonese cuisine, using delicate flavors for our valued airline customers. You will maintain exceptional culinary standards according to menu specifications set by Newrest. The role involves confidently learning and creating dishes, always with the guest's experience in mind, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
