Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Candidate Engagement Executive to join its London-based team. You will manage the candidate journey from enquiry to enrolment, combining sourcing, engagement, and sales to hit targets while supporting learners through their programmes.

The role is hybrid (London office 2 days per week) with a salary of £26,000–£31,000 and an OTE of £8,000–£10,000. You’ll work with IT, digital and HR training offerings to help candidates progress in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate journey from initial enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
• Source and engage potential candidates via job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen applicants to assess eligibility for training programmes.
• Work towards KPIs related to candidate engagement, lead conversion and starts.
• Conduct telephone consultations and career guidance sessions.
• Deliver online webinars to promote training opportunities.
• Build relationships with candidates, referral partners and external organisations.
• Maintain contact with learners to support retention.
• Manage candidate pipeline, CRM records, activity reporting and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead generation and outcomes.
• Ensure enrolment, compliance and safeguarding procedures are followed.
