Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 administrator to join the Cancer Data Team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support MDT meetings, manage data accuracy, and coordinate with clinical staff to optimise patient care pathways.

The role requires at least 2 years of admin experience, familiarity with data collection, and strong MS Office skills. A patient-centered, team-oriented approach is essential, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Good level of education e.g A level/NVQ 3 or equivalent work experience.
• Cancer Waiting Time knowledge demonstrated through work history and/or supportive information.
• Significant administrative experience within a healthcare setting.

Aufgaben

• Organise regular multi-disciplinary team meetings and keep a comprehensive schedule.
• Communicate cancellations or changes to MDT meetings to core members.
• Arrange provisions for MDT meetings including lunch-time sessions.
• Prepare and circulate agendas for MDT meetings.
• Ensure medical notes and diagnostic results are available for MDT meetings.
• Maintain MDT proforma, facilities, and teleconferencing where needed.
• Keep attendance registers and record decisions and treatment plans.
