London South Bank University is seeking a Development Project Manager to drive a transformational estate programme at its Southwark campus in London. You will help shape the Masterplan, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and translate ambition into deliverable projects.

The role focuses on development feasibility, business case preparation, consultant management and advancing capital investment opportunities, in a client-side environment within a major urban regeneration context.

Qualifications

• Experience in development feasibility, stakeholder engagement, and business case preparation.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver the Southwark Campus Masterplan through development feasibility work and option assessments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with university leadership, external consultants and strategic advisers.
• Prepare business cases and establish project management processes for capital development opportunities.
• Oversee consultant management and progression of future capital investment opportunities.
