Job summary

Bath is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer (Campus Services) to shape and deliver our strategy. You will promote housing, ResLife and campus services to students and external audiences, creating engaging content and campaigns.

You will analyse data, insights and feedback to continuously improve activity, and work with hospitality and retail partners on promotional initiatives within a busy university environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Strong marketing and communications experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the marketing and communications strategy.
• Enhance student engagement and support student experience goals.
• Promote Campus Services’ accommodation, ResLife and commercial services to internal and external audiences.
• Create and schedule engaging content across multiple channels; use data/insights to drive improvements.
• Support marketing and promotion of Campus Services’ commercial initiatives with partners.
