Bournemouth & Poole College is seeking Security & Premises Officers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. We have opportunities at our Poole and Bournemouth campuses, with a starting salary of £25,011 plus shift allowance.

You’ll deliver a best-in-class security service, patrol premises, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and maintain records in line with GDPR and college policies. Applicants should hold an SIA licence and have 2+ years in security.

Qualificações

• Current SIA licence required.
• Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths.
• 2+ years’ work experience in a Security role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• GDPR and CCTV regulations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a best-in-class Security service to staff and students in line with college policies.
• Proactively patrol the premises and check IDs for authorised access.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Maintain daily logs and records in accordance with GDPR and college policies.
• Monitor CCTV and assist with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Support event setup and general security duties as required.
