Colchester Institute in Colchester is seeking a dedicated Security Manager to lead the College’s security teams, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for staff, learners and visitors.

You will develop security measures, manage car park operations, implement the ID policy, and work with safeguarding and estates teams to support campus development and safeguarding initiatives.

Formación

• Management experience in a security leadership role.
• Experience in emergency planning and response.
• Experience safeguarding staff and learners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop security teams to protect staff, students, visitors and assets.
• Implement and develop the College ID policy and promote standards.
• Plan, develop and implement security measures and emergency plans to minimise risk.
• Manage car park operations, including equipment maintenance and payments.
• Provide specialist security advice to management on estates and campus development.
• Collaborate with Student Services, Safeguarding Officers, curriculum teams and senior leaders on safeguarding and wellbeing.
