Responsibilities

• Lead and support safeguarding and Prevent initiatives across campus
• Manage serious safeguarding cases and offer expert advice
• Train and support campus safeguarding staff
• Represent the college at external meetings and boards
• Contribute to safeguarding policies, training plans, and quality reports
• Support the Duty Manager scheme and promote key themes in tutorials
• Oversee budgets and line manage staff in your area
