UPP Ltd in Hull is seeking a Cleaner to join our student accommodation team on a permanent part-time basis. The role is 25 hours per week, 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and white goods.

You should have cleaning experience in a similar environment, good communication and organisation skills, and an eye for detail. A good command of English and DBS checks may be required. We offer a competitive salary (£16,930.65 per year) and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Clean designated areas for student accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and white goods.
• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets, sweep and polish floors, and clean stairs.
• Wash walls, doors, furniture, radiators and lampshades as appropriate.
• Empty waste bins and remove rubbish from flats to bin store areas.
• Summer duties: make beds, change sheets, collect laundered linen and pack laundry.
• Clean internal and external windows where applicable.
• Daily liaison with residents, Residence Managers and UPP staff.
• Follow Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Be prepared to work at other sites and take extra hours during peak times.
