Job summary

UPP (Hull) Limited is hiring a Cleaner for our Hull campus. This permanent part-time role is 25 hours a week, 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is £16,930.65 per annum.

The role covers cleaning student accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and white goods, with duties across floors, windows, and cookware. A supportive, value-driven team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Good conversational English; able to read and interpret Health & Safety guidance.
• Willing to work at other sites with notice and during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets; sweep and polish floors.
• Wash walls, doors, furniture, radiators and lampshades.
• Empty waste bins; remove rubbish from flats to bin store areas.
• During summer: make beds and handle laundry collection and packing.
• Clean internal/external windows; wash glasses and utensils.
• Liaise with residents and UPP staff; follow Health & Safety policies.
