Job summary

Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) in Leeds is seeking a Campus Administration Officer on a fixed-term contract up to 5 months. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) provides essential support to student and academic administration across enrolment, records, and campus operations.

You will work with the Campus Manager, Academic Manager, and Student Services to ensure a high-quality administrative service, contributing to a positive campus experience for students and staff in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Student Records Management: Process transfers, intermissions and withdrawals in collaboration with academic leads.
• Attendance monitoring for all students including international students, ensure visa compliance.
• Collect and verify visa exit evidence for international students.
• Prepare and distribute enrolment letters for council tax and other verifications.
• Maintain accuracy of student records and personal details.
