AD Education UK is seeking a Campus Administration Officer to join the Leeds campus on a fixed-term contract up to 5 months. The role supports smooth day-to-day student and academic administration and acts as a central point of contact for students, staff and central teams.
You will handle enrolment, student records, visa compliance, timetabling data, reports for committees, and graduation procedures, working with Campus Manager and Academic Manager.

Salary: Up to £16,575 (FTE £27,625) per annum based on experience

We are looking for an organised and proactive Campus Administration Officer to join our campus team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of student and academic administration.
This role acts as a central point of contact for students, academic staff, and central teams, providing high-quality administrative support across enrolment, student records, academic processes, and general campus operations. You will work closely with the Campus Manager, Academic Manager, and Student Services teams to ensure an excellent administrative service that supports both the student experience and academic delivery.
