Job summary

Study Group is seeking a Director of Campus Operations at Royal Holloway University of London International Study Centre to lead day-to-day academic and operational activities, align with KPIs, and ensure high student satisfaction.

You will partner with the university, the Cluster Director and Dean, and the Business Development team to deliver on contractual obligations, safeguard students, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive profitable growth across the ISC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years leadership experience in an academic setting.
• Experience leading complex education programmes and budgeting.
• Experience in commercial account and partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and compassionate leadership to the ISC management team.
• Oversee planning and delivery of high-quality academic programmes.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and compliance with UKVI/OfS.
• Manage financial performance and reporting for profitability.
• Maintain strong partner relationships and fulfil contractual obligations.
• Ensure accurate data recording and regulatory compliance.
