Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on various buildings.
• Perform health, safety, and compliance checks as required.
• Assist in refurbishment and fit-out projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
