Hays Specialist Recruitment is hiring a Grounds person (Estates & Facilities Officer) at Ystrad Mynach. This full-time, temporary position covers maintaining college grounds to keep them safe, welcoming and attractive all year round.

The role includes operating grounds maintenance equipment, grass cutting, hedge maintenance, and drainage maintenance and supporting general estate operations. You will carry out key-holder duties, assist with opening and closing buildings, respond to out-of-hours

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, estates, facilities management or similar operational environment.
