Job summary

Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is seeking an Operational Facilities Officer on a permanent basis to deliver high standards of facilities management across our college campuses in London. You will manage tasks via CAFM, supervise maintenance activities, and coordinate with campus teams.

The role requires working towards or possessing a professional qualification in estates or facilities. IOSH/NEBOSH is preferred, and experience with BMS and both hard and soft FM services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Working towards or have a professional qualification within an estates or facilities related subject area.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous.
• Experience in estates and facilities management, including knowledge of both hard and soft FM services.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritise, and manage tasks via the CAFM system, ensuring accurate records, updates, and completion notes.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with professional standards and safe systems of work.
• Diagnose faults on plant, equipment, and building systems, undertaking repairs or identifying appropriate solutions.
• Lead fault finding and rectification of building services and plant issues.
