Job summary

East Coast College is seeking a proactive Facilities Officer to join the Facilities and Health & Safety team at Lowestoft Campus, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment across our sites.

The role is 25 hours per week (0.67 FTE), permanent, with a Band F salary of £25,811.10 to £26,025.00 per annum (full-time equivalent). The post requires hands-on maintenance experience and a focus on Health & Safety and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety driven and safety conscious.
• Practical and hands-on with maintenance experience.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths.
