Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance across facilities.
• Perform building and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Manage health, safety, and compliance within the facilities.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Interpersonal skills

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Full, Clean Driving License
