The David Ross Education Trust operates across two iconic sites on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Our academy provides world-class education and enrichment experiences, from classrooms to cultural visits, sports, music and arts, and engages with local communities to unlock students’ potential.

We are seeking a site porter/maintenance role to ensure safety, security and a tidy, functional campus. You will support out-of-hours operations and health and safety compliance to keep the academy and

Competenze

• GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of building compliance checks, site security procedures and emergency evacuation processes.
• Requirement to operate and use tools and equipment and to undertake general porterage duties.
• Requirement to undertake tasks both indoors and outdoors which may include cleaning, minor repairs in toilet areas, dealing with spills and waste collections.

Mansioni

• To be responsible for the safety of lettings customers and security of the campus, ensuring site is left tidy, secure and alarmed at each shift end.
• To support the operational management of the Academy site out of hours, including site inspection, minor maintenance tasks, health and safety compliance and ensuring the facilities is fully operational for both the Academy and community use.
