University of Bath is seeking a Campus Experience & Switchboard Team Leader in the Student Living department. This permanent, part-time role requires 21 hours per week across three days, with Friday availability, to lead reception and switchboard operations.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage rotas and enquiries, oversee check-in/out, and ensure compliance with financial, data protection and access procedures, delivering an outstanding campus experience.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to lead and manage Reception and Switchboard operations across student and commercial accommodation, ensuring high standards of customer service, procedural consistency, and staff performance. This is a permanent, part-time position of 21 hours per week, worked across three days, with availability required on Fridays.

The role oversees the recruitment, training, and supervision of reception staff, supports effective enquiry handling and communication, and ensures compliance with financial, data protection, and key/access procedures.

It plays a vital role in enhancing the student, guest, and visitor experience through cross-department collaboration, group and event support, and responsive service delivery.

Additionally, the post holder maintains accurate operational systems, manages switchboard functions, and contributes to the success of Campus Services through teamwork and flexibility.
