Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking an Estates team member to support the day-to-day operation of its campuses. The role covers opening/closing, basic maintenance, waste management and room setups to ensure safe, clean and welcoming environments for learners and staff.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel between sites to cover a shift system from 06:00 to 23:00, with opportunity for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opening and securing college campuses.
• Carrying out basic repairs.
• Completion of planned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Setting up furniture as required.
• Removal of litter and waste daily.
