Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is recruiting to the Estates Team to support daily campus operations across Sunderland campuses. You will handle opening/closing, basic maintenance, waste management and room setups, ensuring safety and presentation of buildings for learners and staff.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence and willingness to cover shifts from 06:00 to 23:00 across sites. Experience in estates, facilities or maintenance is beneficial, with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites to cover shifts.
• Hand tools experience.
• Working at height awareness.
• First aid at work certification.
• Basic trades skills (plumbing, joinery, painting).

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing college campuses.
• Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Setting up furniture as required.
• Removal of litter and waste daily; supervision of contractors and visitors.
