Stallion Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a four-man team providing planned preventative maintenance across a large campus in the SW London area. You will work across Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC plant, ensuring lighting and power are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Certified engineer with electrical or mechanical specialization.
• Qualified engineer with certificates, apprentice trained preferred.
• Reliable, steady, and progressive work history.
• Experience with building services applications.

Responsabilités

• Planned Preventative Maintenance of all Electrical plant.
• Power distribution, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Air Conditioning first line fix.
• Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld.
• Attending to breakdowns and failures related to controls and BMS kit.
