Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a counseling-related field.
• License-eligible as MH counselor, psychologist, or social worker in MA.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Experience with DBT/ACT/CBT therapies preferred.
• College counseling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counseling services including individual, group, and couples sessions.
• Conduct crisis intervention and outreach referrals; maintain records in Titanium system.
• Offer after-hours on-call coverage in weekly rotation.
• Collaborate with campus offices to design outreach programs on mental health.
• Engage in case management and liaison work with campus partners.
• Participate in committees and training; support interns and staff.
