Nescot is hiring a Welfare and Student Support Officer to build trust with students, provide early support and informal mentoring, and respond to safeguarding and safety incidents across the campus in Ewell. You will patrol buildings, support wellbeing, and coordinate with Security, Safeguarding and Learning Support teams.
The role requires experience with young people aged 14–25, strong de-escalation and communication skills, and the ability to record incidents accurately.
