Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a maintenance/security/caretaking role or similar.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Experience with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift rota to ensure campus presence.
• Maintain cleanliness of college buildings and grounds.
• Ensure safety by keeping exits clear and reporting hazards.
• Prepare rooms for use and handle logistics for goods/documents.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Assist in providing First Aid when required.
