Job summary

The Camping and Caravanning Club is seeking a Site Manager to lead a UK campsite, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards. You will live on site with an on-site pitch and be responsible for team leadership, day-to-day operations, and compliance across the site.

Candidates should have management experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to work across varying hours; a full UK driving license and Caravan/Motorhome ownership are required.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a sector that could transfer to holiday/leisure accommodation.
• Experience with Health & Safety and GDPR considerations.
• People management skills.
• Ability to work in all weathers and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Inspires the Site team to uphold Club values and deliver high standards of customer service.
• Leads site operations including upkeep, ground care, cleanliness, and service areas.
• Ensures policy compliance and health & safety/GDPR adherence.
• Manages expenditure to budgets and supports site profitability.
• Oversees booking administration and customer records.
