Job summary

The Camping and Caravanning Club Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead a busy campsite network across the UK. You will guide a team, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain a safe, well-presented site with strong operational standards.

Living and working on-site with opportunities to travel between sites, you will manage budgets, oversee health and safety, and deliver exceptional holidays for campers throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and delivering high standards of customer service.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and GDPR compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational targets while maintaining a welcoming campsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspires the Site team to uphold Club values and deliver excellent camper experiences.
• Leads operations including site upkeep, ground care, amenities cleanliness and reception areas.
• Manages budgets, reporting, and site compliance with relevant legislation.
