Job summary

Action For Humanity is seeking a Campaigns Manager to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of major fundraising and awareness campaigns from our Salford/Manchester base. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

You will coordinate with Fundraising, Programmes, Digital, and Media teams, manage seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan and Qurbani, and run rapid-response appeals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, media, project management or related humanitarian studies.
  • Experience managing campaigns from conception to completion with stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CMS; GDPR and UK fundraising compliance knowledge.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu or French is desirable.
  • Understanding humanitarian contexts and international development.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage lifecycle of seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Qurbani, winter appeals) and rapid-response campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance with analytics; identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate and align campaign elements across departments—creative, content, fundraising targets, and field operations.
  • Produce post-campaign analysis reports with metrics, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate live fundraising appeals and update website content during active campaigns.
