Job summary

Action For Humanity in Salford, Manchester invites a Campaigns Manager to lead planning, execution and evaluation of major fundraising and awareness campaigns, ensuring targets, quality standards and donor stewardship.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will coordinate cross-functional teams (Fundraising, Programmes, Digital, Media), manage lifecycle of campaigns (Ramadan, Qurbani, winter appeals) and rapid-response initiatives, optimise performance with analytics, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master's or CIM Level 7 preferred).
• Proven experience delivering campaigns from concept to completion with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Qurbani, winter appeals) and rapid-response initiatives.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment of creative, content, fundraising targets and field operations.
• Produce post-campaign analysis reports with metrics, lessons learned and actionable recommendations.
