Role Overview The Campaigns Manager is a hybrid, full-time position based at AFH's International Office in Salford, Manchester. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and serve as a key cross-functional coordinator, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the performance of AFH's major fundraising and awareness campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive campaign strategies in partnership with internal teams (Fundraising, Programmes, Digital, Media) and external partners Manage the complete lifecycle of seasonal campaigns (including Ramadan, Qurbani, and winter emergency appeals) as well as rapid-response emergency campaigns Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements Act as central liaison between departments to coordinate and align all campaign elements—creative, content, fundraising targets, and field operations—with schedules and quality standards Produce detailed post-campaign analysis reports, including performance metrics, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns Coordinate live fundraising appeals, manage website content updates during active campaigns, and facilitate field visits for content creation and impact documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, project management, or humanitarian and development studies (Master's degree or CIM Level 7 qualification preferred) Proven experience managing campaigns from conception to completion, including stakeholder engagement and project delivery Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS) Working knowledge of GDPR regulations, UK fundraising compliance requirements, and Charity Commission standards Fluent written and verbal English communication; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or French is desirable and valued given AFH's operational reach Understanding of geopolitical, humanitarian, and international development contexts, particularly in the Middle East Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality Benefits 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off Matched pension contributions Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Free parking at office Dedicated prayer space on site Employee Assistance Programme Annual team away days Subsidized employee activities
