Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication in English; working knowledge of Romanian.
• Available for a minimum 4-month internship starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns.
• Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design.
• Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports.
• Maintain regular communication with key creators and support community engagement strategies.
• Identify high-potential creators through performance signals and market observation.
