ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Media Operations Manager to join our OEM and Media team. You will manage the delivery of strategic client advertising plans, owning the 'last mile' of campaign execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the main contact for client communication post-sale, responsible for setup, pacing, optimization, performance, and post-campaign analysis of advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and advise internal teams and clients, considering fill rates.
  • Act as the liaison between Carwow, clients, and media agencies.
  • Investigate delivery issues and technical problems, providing solutions.
  • Create detailed campaign delivery reports monthly, including internal and third-party reporting for invoicing and analysis.
  • Identify and develop process improvements as our product set expands.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance our media offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We encourage applicants who feel they are close to the brief, even if not an exact match.

  • Experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company is desirable.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager and various creative formats like video, display, HTML5.
  • Programmatic and yield management experience is a plus.
  • High standards of quality, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and stakeholder relationship skills.
