Dark kitchens are the future of the multi billion pound food-delivery industry and Encore Kitchens is at the forefront of this sector. With 27 live locations, Encore Kitchens is the largest Dark Kitchen provider in the UK and works with hundreds of the most loved food brands in the world including Burger King, Wingstop and Popeyes.

Dark kitchens are commercial kitchens with no customer frontage which allows food businesses to grow their online delivery presence via apps such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat or Hungry Panda. These kitchens can also be used for Central Production Units which allows businesses to optimise their production for their high street stores, schools, markets, festivals or catering events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Campaign Manager at Encore Kitchens in London. Sitting within the Growth Team you'll be working across two main work-streams: Encore Spaces and Enterprise. For Spaces, you'll be expected to run weekly campaigns targeting a variety of different food businesses in the UK who may have requirements for Central Production Units, Storage Units or Catering Kitchens. Across Enterprise, your responsibilities will be creating highly tailored outreach strategies targeting a small pool of key stakeholders at the world's largest restaurants. This is a full-time, on-site role (4 days per week in office).

The Role will entail:

• Deliver campaign a consistent flow of Market Qualified Leads to the Sales Team
• Segment restaurant brands by size, cuisine, location, and delivery readiness.
• Develop customer personas to tailor messaging for different restaurant types.
• Create outreach workflows (cold emails, follow-ups, re-engagement sequences).
• Craft compelling email copy that highlights the benefits of dark kitchens (e.g. reduced overhead, expanded delivery reach).
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content formats.
• Collaborate with marketing/design for branded templates and visuals.
• Maintain tone consistency that aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to restaurant decision-makers.

You Will Need:

• 1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B outreach (internships or freelance work also relevant).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to craft clear, persuasive emails.
• Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar).
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics (e.g. open rates, CTR, response rates).
• Interest in the hospitality/restaurant industry or experience working with food-related brands.
