Job summary

VWFS is seeking an undergraduate Campaign Insight Analyst as part of the Customer & Product Transformation team in Milton Keynes. You will work with Campaign Insight Executives to analyze campaign performance across Retail, Leasing, Used Car and Aftersales channels, delivering actionable insights and supporting reporting cycles.

The role requires an undergraduate degree with placement year, strong analytical capability, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree requiring a placement year.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Update campaign reporting including weekly Activated Campaign Log.
• Complete weekly Deposit Contribution reporting and monthly Right of Withdrawal reporting.
• Support Aftersales and quarterly QvQ reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support Campaign Insight Executives.
• Assist with ad hoc requests from Campaign Development and Operations teams.
