Job summary

LINK Communication is seeking a Campaign Executive to manage marketing campaigns and events across the UK from our Pudsey office. The role involves planning, coordination and delivery, with a focus on client service and profitability.

Based in Pudsey, the role requires travel within the UK and a commutable distance or relocation. This is a full-time, permanent position with training provided and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with clients.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, practical approach to solving problems.
• Marketing, events or campaign experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
• Set timelines, reporting, PO, billing and logistics with clients.
• Maintain campaign data: staffing, expenses, shift times, invoicing.
• Coordinate venues, equipment, travel, and suppliers.
• Oversee live campaigns ensuring safety and adherence to brief.
• Provide clients with updates, photos, and performance reports.
• Debrief staff and complete final campaign reports.
• Develop long-term client relationships and opportunities.
