Royal Navy Museums is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to provide essential coordination and production support for marketing campaigns. You will work with Campaign Managers to manage schedules, assets, approvals and supplier relationships, ensuring swift delivery across multiple campaigns.
Based at the Royal Navy Museums in Portsmouth, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams to maintain momentum and visibility.
Salary (Grade 2) – £26,540 - £27,612 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Permanent

Our Marketing Team is responsible for attracting visitors and supporting commercial growth across Royal Navy Museums sites and experiences. Which includes Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Royal Navy Museums: Naval Aviation, Royal Navy Museums: Hartlepool and Royal Navy Museums: HMS Caroline. Working within a collaborative and ambitious team of campaign, content, CRM, digital and performance specialists, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver integrated campaigns that reach audiences locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. No two days are the same.

Working closely with Campaign Managers, you'll help manage campaign schedules, workflows, creative assets, approvals and supplier relationships, ensuring projects progress efficiently from briefing through to delivery. You'll be a key point of coordination across teams, helping maintain momentum and visibility across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
