An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Camp Cook to lead food service operations at a vibrant camp. The Camp Cook, with help from the Kitchen Assistant, works with the Camp Director to plan, prepare, and serve meals that exceed all governmental and ACA guidelines requirements, are enjoyed by campers, staff, and rental groups, and meet the budgeted food allowance. Also assists the Camp Director in maintaining quality and safety controls within the lodge and kitchen areas as set forth by the ACA, FDA, CIS, and the local health department.
