MBDA is recruiting a CAMM Systems Design Engineer in Stevenage to join the CAMM Family Systems Design team. The role involves leading systems design activities, coordinating across multiple functions, and guiding verification and certification across the programme.

The position offers hybrid working with 2–3 days on-site and scope to grow as the team expands. The role requires systems engineering expertise, traceability, and strong collaboration across interfaces, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and certification processes.
• Experience in requirements management, system architecture design, and verification planning.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and deliver design assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Design activities at missile level for the CAMM family.
• Coordinate bid strategy and design assurance/certification planning.
• Manage technical trade studies and lead design of multiple sub-systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
