Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks a passionate Mental Health Practitioner to join the CAMHS Acute services across Sussex, delivering crisis assessments and brief interventions for young people and their families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel across Sussex to provide community and home-based care, and help develop an intensive care pathway while contributing to risk management and care planning.

Qualifications

• Registered professional qualification (NMC, HPC or Social Work England).
• Post-basic courses or study days to support practice.
• Evidence of CPD and professional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver crisis assessments and brief interventions for young people and families.
